Airocool has been keeping homes and businesses in Durban and on the North Coast comfortable since 2015 — with a bias towards preventing problems rather than profiting from them.
What we do
Airocool Air-Conditioning delivers end-to-end climate control for homes and businesses across Durban and the KZN North Coast — installation, servicing, fault diagnostics, repairs, heating and heat pumps. Alongside that we carry electrical, plumbing and small building capability, because a great many air conditioning jobs turn out to need one of those before they need a technician with gauges.
We specialise in extending equipment lifespan and preventing the mid-summer breakdowns that everyone treats as inevitable. They are not inevitable. They are what happens when nobody measured anything for four years.

Our diagnostics are practical and experience-driven. We do not guess and we do not upsell — we identify root causes and fix them properly. Where a unit can be repaired economically, we repair it. Where it genuinely cannot, we say so and show you the arithmetic rather than simply asserting that you need a new system.

Our base is 28 Westview Road, Kenville, Durban North — physically inside the area we serve. From there, Umhlanga is about ten minutes and Ballito is a straightforward run up the coast. Being local is the difference between a same-day look at a breakdown and a slot next week.
